What types of projects do you estimate?We focus on architectural millwork and casework for commercial & residential projects including retail stores, offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, and multi-family developments. If it involves woodwork, we can likely help.

Can I choose only the services I need?Yes! With our Custom Package option, you can select just the services you need - such as estimating, proposal writing, project follow-up, or value engineering - and we’ll build a plan that fits your workflow and budget.

How many projects can I submit per month?That depends on your package: Bronze: Up to 10 projects/month Silver: Up to 15 projects/month Gold: Up to 20 projects/month

Do you write proposals using my company branding?Yes. All proposals are written on your letterhead or template and tailored to your business, so you can submit polished, professional bids.

How do I send you a project to estimate?Once you’re signed up, we’ll give you a dedicated email or upload link where you can send drawings, specs, and project details. We'll confirm receipt and begin the process right away.

Do you offer rush estimating or fast turnaround?Yes we offer rush services on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. Rush pricing varies per project. Just let us know your deadline when submitting.

Do you serve clients nationwide?Yes! We work with millwork companies across all 50 states. Wherever you’re located, we can support your estimating and proposal needs remotely.

Will I be competing with other clients on the same projects?We limit the number of clients we work with per region (generally 5–10) to help avoid overlap and ensure fair access to opportunities.

What happens if I exceed my project limit for the month?You can upgrade your plan at any time, or purchase additional project estimates individually. We’ll always confirm before billing for extra services.

Can I cancel or change my plan?Yes. Our plans are billed monthly and you can cancel, pause, or upgrade with just a notice before your next billing cycle.
